We work directly with artists and designers from the alternative scene to create unique, high-quality apparel that represents our community authentically. Some designs are officially licensed, while others are original creations from our network of underground artists.

We currently offer standard sizing to ensure we can deliver worldwide with our underground spirit. Check each product page for specific size charts to find your perfect fit for stage diving or casual wear.

We move at hardcore speed when preparing your order (1-2 business days), then shipping times vary:

• Standard Shipping ($12.95 via DHL/FedEx): 10-15 days after shipping
• Free Shipping (orders $50+ via EMS): 15-25 days after shipping

We deliver worldwide from our base in Chicago’s alternative scene! However, due to logistical constraints, we’re unable to reach some remote areas and parts of Asia. If you’re unsure about your location, just email us at [email protected] and we’ll let you know if we can bring the Spooky experience to you.

If you need to update your shipping address, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We can only make changes before your order ships out from our warehouse.

We stand by our apparel like we stand by our music! If your Spooky Shirt doesn’t meet your expectations, you have 15 days from the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange. We want you to be completely satisfied with how our gear represents your musical identity.

Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions and a return address. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Absolutely! We want you to have the perfect fit for representing your alternative style. Contact us within 15 days of delivery, and we’ll help you exchange for a different size, subject to availability.
