OUR RETURN POLICY

At Spooky Shirt Shop, we want you to rep your favorite bands, hardcore scenes, and cult films with pride. If your gear doesn’t fit right or arrived damaged, we’ve got your back. Our return policy is straightforward—just like a good breakdown.

RETURN WINDOW: 15 days from when you receive your order

CONDITION: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE

Follow these steps to get your return or exchange processed:

  1. Contact Our Crew: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide Details: Include your order number, the item(s) you want to return/exchange, and the reason
  3. Wait for Instructions: We’ll email you a return authorization and shipping address
  4. Ship It Back: Package your item securely and ship it to the address we provide
  5. Get Sorted: Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange

REFUNDS & TIMING

When we receive your return, here’s what happens:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Bank Processing: Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless we messed up)

Exchanges will be shipped as soon as we process your return. Standard shipping times apply.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

While we wish everything could be returned, some items are final sale to keep the pit protected:

  • Final sale items (clearly marked during purchase)
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Personalized or custom printed items

Based on our product lineup, all our T-shirts (hardcore, metal, and movies) are returnable as long as they meet the conditions above.

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS

If your merch arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item, we’ll make it right—fast. Contact us immediately at [email protected] and we’ll ship the correct item at no cost to you, with a prepaid return label for the incorrect/damaged item.
