Shipping Information

We ship globally (excluding Asia and some remote areas) to get your merch to you fast. Here’s how we roll:

Order Processing Time

We need 1-2 business days to get your order pit-ready before it ships. Once it’s out, here’s what to expect:

Shipping Methods

  • Standard Shipping: Uses DHL or FedEx. Delivery in 10-15 days after shipping. Cost: $12.95.
  • Free Shipping: Uses EMS. Free for orders over $50. Delivery in 15-25 days after shipping.

We’ll send tracking info once your order ships so you can follow its journey.

Returns & Exchanges

If your merch doesn’t mosh like it should, we’re here to help. Our return policy is designed to keep things heavy and fair.

Return Window

You have 15 days from when you receive your order to request a return or exchange.

Condition for Returns

Items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original packaging with tags attached

How to Return or Exchange

Follow these steps to get sorted:

  2. Provide Details: Include your order number, item(s) to return/exchange, and reason.
  3. Wait for Instructions: We’ll email you a return authorization and shipping address.
  4. Ship It Back: Package your item securely and ship it to the address we provide.
  5. Get Sorted: Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange.

Refunds & Timing

When we get your return, here’s the deal:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return.
  • Refund Method: Refunds go back to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Bank Processing: Depending on your bank, it may take 5-10 business days to show in your account.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees aren’t refundable (unless we messed up).

Exchanges ship as soon as we process your return, with standard shipping times applying.

Non-Returnable Items

To keep the pit protected, some items are final sale:

  • Final sale items (clearly marked during purchase)
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Personalized or custom printed items

Based on our product lineup, all T-shirts (hardcore, metal, and movies) are returnable if they meet the conditions above.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your merch arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item, we’ll fix it—fast. Contact us immediately at [email protected], and we’ll ship the correct item at no cost, with a prepaid return label for the incorrect/damaged one.
