• Availability: Products are subject to stock. If an item is out of stock, we’ll notify you promptly.
• Quality Assurance: We strive for top-notch quality, but if your gear arrives damaged or isn’t as described, we’ll fix it fast—see our Returns section for details.

Our services include global shipping (excluding Asia and some remote areas) and customer support to ensure you’re satisfied with your merch.

3. Order and Payment Terms

Placing an order is easy, but here are the key points to keep in mind:

• Order Process: After you place an order, we’ll process it within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with details.
• Payment Methods: We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. All payments are secure and processed through trusted gateways.
• Shipping:
  • Standard Shipping: Uses DHL or FedEx, delivered in 10-15 days after shipping. Cost: $12.95.
  • Free Shipping: Uses EMS, free for orders over $50. Delivered in 15-25 days after shipping.
  We’ll provide tracking info once your order ships. Note that we don’t ship to Asia or remote areas due to logistics.
• Cancellations: You can cancel an order within 24 hours of placement by emailing us. After that, it may be processing and cannot be canceled.

Prices are in USD and include applicable taxes. If there’s an error in pricing, we’ll notify you before processing.

• Refunds: Refunds go back to your original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear. Original shipping fees aren’t refundable unless we made an error.
• Non-Returnable Items: Final sale items (marked during purchase), worn/washed items, and personalized goods can’t be returned.

For damaged or wrong items, contact us immediately, and we’ll ship a replacement at no cost with a prepaid return label.
